We are proud to announce that we have a working version of WeReward for the Blackberry! This version is not an official release, but we would like for you to help us get it there if you are willing to test the alpha version.

All you need to do is access this blog post on your Blackberry device and click on the link that pertains to your phone:

OS5

OS6

We are only supporting OS 5 and 6 at this moment, and those devices need a screen width of at least 360 pixels in normal or landscape mode.

We are eager to hear your feedback, so please let us know what you think!

I have an 8310 Curve and the AT&T rep as well as the Blackberry site say I need at least an 8330 to get OS5 or OS6 on my computer. Is this ever going to work on an 8310 or do I need to upgrade my entire phone? Thanks.

Glad to see BB's getting some love. I'm running OS5 on my 8330, too bad it's a 320 screen though. Oh well, I'll probably have a Droid in less than a month.

Currently, we only plan on supporting OS5 and OS6. Sorry for any inconvenience.

    Hi there,

Just downloaded the app for my Blackberry Tour (9630) and so far only a few issues. I'm having trouble linking my Facebook and Foursquare accounts, but my Twitter account linked easily. Also, I think the app is having trouble finding my location. Other than that, I am excited to try it out on my JetBlue flight next week!

If there is anything else you'd like to know or like me to try as a beta tester, please don't hesitate to contact me.

    Keep it up,

    Nick Rovisa

Ugh! I've still got an older curve, once this is officially released will you support older OS's?

    I don't use facebook
Error also when adding foursquare acct which states "Error navigating to tls://foursquare.com:443/login

Error message: No navigation request handler for: tls://foursquare.com:443/login

I definitely appreciate that a BB App has finally been made, but I'm with the others..I only have an older version of the curve and I wish there was a working app for these phones.

Tried on Storm. Says it was successful with Facebook, but when I bring up WeReward, nothing happens. Connected to Twitter, and looked good. However, the application always indicates "Locating..." at the bottom right and seems to never find my location, therefore never lists the restautants in my area. Verified Maps app was working independently just fine...just not in conjunction with WeReward.

Also, I've been experienced memory leaks since loading this application. Sure wish I could get this thing running.
